Perched high in the moutains overlooking the coast is our fabulous luxurious 5-star nest.
Our stunning 8-bedroom, 8-bathroom luxury Bali-style villa sits like a jewel atop a verdant hillside. Air-conditioned comfort meets wild beauty—wrap-around views of endless ocean and rainforest from every angle. Breathtaking ocean view pool and jacuzzi. The crown jewel? Our rooftop yoga deck where you’ll flow, breathe, and maybe even spot whales breaching in the distance.
And those private waterfalls cascading right on the property? They’re calling your name for the most refreshing natural shower you’ve ever experienced. The property owner has 3500 acres of land including 38 waterfalls that we will have all to ourselves.

Wake Up & Move Greet the day with invigorating yoga and Pilates as the jungle comes alive around you. Sink into guided meditations that quiet the noise and reconnect you with your inner self. Let the healing vibrations of our special guest, Kate Schofield (aka Earth’s Hum) sound bath wash over you, melting away tension and making you feel like the free bird you were meant to be.

Adventure Awaits This is Costa Rica at its wildest and most wonderful: we will have tailored excursions with transport most days to give you the coolest dream Costa Rican experience you could dream of 😉
Examples are:
- Jungle Waterfall Trek: Your expert guide leads you through verdant trails where sloths hang lazily overhead, scarlet macaws flash through the canopy, and curious capuchin monkeys swing by to say hello. Jumping in, swimming under, glam photo shoots. The energy around a waterfall is pure magic. Who doesn’t love gorgeous waterfalls!
- Whale Watching: Boat trip across sapphire waters in search of majestic humpback whales to Ballena National Park. Explore the famous “Whale’s Tail” beach formation and swim and snorkel in paradise. (February is PRIME season—these gentle giants migrate here to breed and birth!)
- Parque National Marina Ballena: “whale park” protects over 13,000 acres of ocean, 9 miles of stunning coastline and the largest coral reef along the Pacific coast of Central America. Best place for whale watching!
- Uvita beach: Playa Uvita is the sort of beach you dream about once you return home. A huge expanse of powdery soft golden sand, backed by towering palm trees and verdant jungle
- 4×4 Adventures: Freedom to explore waterfalls, secret beaches, and jungle roads at your own pace

King Room Solo: $4500
King Room Shared $3250/per person
Queen Room Solo: $3800
All rooms have private bathroom and sea view
Past retreat guests always receive 10% off and if you bring a new friend to share a room with, you will receive 15% off the total room. If you bring more than one friend we will give you an extra discount of $100 off per person

5 nights stay at a luxury villa close to the town of Uvita, Costa Rica
5 breakfast/ brunch and dinners at the villa by our fabulous chef
Drinks served with dinner, wine, beer and sunset cocktails
Daily workout classes 1-2 hours per day with Luchana

Airfare and transport to and from Uvita. (Will have organised van to bring all of us together from San Jose and back for additional cost)

How to Get There:
Fly into SJO, San Jose, Costa Rica and take a taxi (or organised shared van) 3-4 hours to our villa in Uvita.
