Our 4th Fit & Lit Retreat will be held in everyone’s favorite country, the land of indulgence, beauty, and food … the one and only, BELLA ITALIA! Is there actually a better place to get Fit & Lit? We will burn off our bowls of pasta every morning, hike down and swim in the crystal clear waters, chill in our fabulous villa pool while preparing for the next sunset with an Aperol spritz.

Fit & Lit Retreats are all about balance. We strive to be our best, feel our best, and enjoy every minute of the beautiful jet set destination we are in! We attract a group of women that all share similar interests and values. You will leave feeling rejuvenated, fulfilled, and with new lifelong friends.

Come join us in one of my favorite places, just off the coast of Naples, and next to the Amalfi Coast, the island of ISCHIA! Ischia is known for its natural hot springs thanks to the island’s underground volcanic activity.

Our house is a beautiful villa within walking distance above the port. All the rooms have sea views, we have a few gardens and terraces and of course, a stunning pool overlooking the sea. I lived in Ischia for a summer and have been many times while living in Naples so it’s my joy to share with you this very special, beautiful island.

Included in our retreat, we will organize a day trip to the dazzling neighboring island of Capri, (another well-known favorite of mine.) There I will provide you with a suggested group itinerary with all my secret tips, but as always, you can choose to do whatever you please.
