So, for the next Fit & Lit I really wanted to take you guys somewhere special. A country we haven’t been to, somewhere luxurious and decadent but chill and laid back. Somewhere on the ocean. A place that a daily bagel and coffee are replaced by croissant and espresso. An end of summer so elegant you will never want to come back home.
SEPTEMBER 18-24, WE ARE GOING TO FRANCE! Oui, Oui. Not just France, the coolest place in France and my current obsession, BIARRITZ.
Picture this. Pink sunrise swims, breakfasts outside at a big table and all day beach hangouts. Cheese and wine sunset picnics, villa parties dancing with the girls, vibrant nights in town. A morning surf lesson or sit with a coffee and watch hot french guys surf. You get the point. Our insanely gorgeous designer villa (iiih I know) is located in a small and mesmerising village where surfers, artists, musicians and creatives all come together in elegance because they are simply cooler than everyone else. The perfect location if you dreamt of a chíc French luxury vacation by the sea. Biarrritz.
Be prepared for early sunrises and ocean front sunsets. During the week we’ll enjoy the Basque Country to the fullest, immersing ourselves in the sea and in community. When we’re not exercising, surfing or doing yoga we’ll devour in all things French and delicious. A hike day in the Pyrenees, a shopping spree in the precious boutiques in downtown Biarritz, or a vin rouge while the sun sets over the iconic Côte des Basques. Or just watch the French beach scene with a wine in hand (my personal fav).. Ok, ok, but I can’t wait till you can love this place as much as I do.
A little history of Biarritz in my words: “it’s like the French version of Capri but with surfers and a bohemian rich euro spirit.” “Also like California in the 60s but with French people”.

Shared room $3500 per person
the shared rooms will have a large double bed so if shared please be open to be paired or sign up with a friend.
Past retreat guests, as always receive 10% off and if you bring a new friend to share a room with you will receive 15% off the total. If you bring more than one friend we will give you an extra discount of $100 for you plus bottle of champagne.
